Summary

We are proposing to allocate 15,500 USDT from the Gonka Community Pool to reimburse the cost of two tickets for All-In Summit 2026 for Daniil and David Liberman, co-creators of the Gonka protocol.

All-In Summit will take place on September 13–15, 2026, in Los Angeles and will bring together more than 2,500 hand-selected attendees, including tech founders, investors, executives, and leaders from the AI industry.

The standard Attendee Pass costs $7,500 per person. The tickets have already been paid for. The requested reimbursement covers only the cost of the two tickets plus transaction fees for withdrawing the funds. Flights, accommodation, and any other expenses are not being requested from the Community Pool under this proposal.

Bittensor Precedent

The podcast has covered Bittensor, one of the best-known projects in the decentralized AI category and a direct reference point for assessing the importance of access to the All-In audience.

In October 2025, All-In host Jason Calacanis discussed Bittensor and TAO on the podcast and publicly disclosed that he is a partner at Stillcore Capital, a fund that purchases TAO and invests in the Bittensor ecosystem. Over the following day, various market sources reported gains of approximately 15–20%, and by the end of March TAO had risen from roughly $180 to more than $330, or approximately 90% over the course of the month. CoinDesk cited the public discussion of Bittensor by Jensen Huang and Chamath Palihapitiya on All-In as one of the factors behind the March rally, alongside Bittensor’s own technological progress and other market catalysts.

This example demonstrates that All-In can bring decentralized AI out of the narrow crypto segment and directly into conversations with some of the most influential figures in the global AI industry, generating significant attention around a project.

For Gonka, this is particularly important right now. Bittensor is already present in the All-In information space, while Gonka currently has significantly less exposure there. The physical presence of Gonka’s co-creators at the summit therefore represents an opportunity to begin closing this gap.

Goals for David and Daniil

The primary objective of Daniil and David’s participation is to use the summit as a platform for direct business development and relationship building.

Priorities:

  1. Make maximum use of the presence of AI and infrastructure industry leaders to establish personal connections and discuss Gonka.
  2. Present Gonka as an alternative approach to decentralized AI infrastructure, based on compute-weighted governance and productive AI compute.
  3. Establish or strengthen relationships with NVIDIA, Microsoft, and other companies connected to AI infrastructure, hardware, and compute.
  4. Establish direct contact with the All-In team and hosts, creating opportunities for future discussion of Gonka on the podcast or through other All-In formats.
  5. Meet with investors, founders, and infrastructure players who could potentially become network participants, partners, or users.

This is not a sponsorship package and does not involve purchasing guaranteed speaking slots or media coverage. The value of participation lies specifically in giving two Gonka co-creators access to All-In’s carefully selected in-person community and the opportunity to conduct direct discussions.

Expected Outcomes

Expected outcomes of the participation include:

After All-In Summit, Daniil and David will provide the community with a brief report covering:

  • engagement with All-In and related media opportunities;
  • next steps resulting from their participation.
