Hi everyone! This is Nick from HSC Asset Management, the team that runs HSC Asset Management Singapore.

We'd like to propose a fireside chat on AI for Gonka's founders at our conference in Singapore on 8 October 2026, in TOKEN2049 week, together with a set of pre-arranged institutional meetings, a private dinner seat and brand placement at the event.

The event has more than 2,000 people registered and 69 published speakers, including HSBC, UBS, Fidelity International, Pantera Capital, Binance and Chainlink. Gonka is already funded to be in Singapore that week, so this adds a stage and a set of meetings to a trip that is already happening.

Before we submit it for a vote, we want to share the full text here, answer questions and collect feedback. Because the event is on 8 October, we plan to submit on chain within the next few days. We're happy to go through the agenda, the slot, the meetings and how delivery will be reported.

Summary

HSC Asset Management proposes that the Gonka community allocate 15,000 USDT from the Community Pool for a fireside chat on AI for Gonka's founders at HSC Asset Management Singapore, a one-day institutional conference on 8 October 2026 at Fairmont Singapore.

The package is one event, paid once, with no retainer and no renewal. Every deliverable is checkable after the event, and we propose that the Gonka Marketing Committee verifies them.

Why this event, for Gonka

The room. More than 2,000 people are registered and 69 speakers are published across two stages and 24 sessions. The speaker list includes HSBC, UBS, Fidelity International, Invesco, M&G Investments, Pantera Capital, Binance, Tether, Galaxy Digital, Chainlink, ZKsync, Offchain Labs and Animoca Brands. That is allocators and infrastructure operators in the same building on the same day.

The slot. Gonka's founders get a 20-minute fireside chat of their own, on AI, on the Global Stage from 16:05 to 16:25. The slot is open on the published agenda today. The founders hold the stage for the full 20 minutes, with an HSC moderator guiding the conversation.

The timing. HSC Asset Management Singapore runs in TOKEN2049 week. Under #99 the community already funded Gonka's presence at TOKEN2049 on 7 and 8 October, so Gonka is funded to be in Singapore that week. This proposal adds a stage and a set of meetings to a trip already paid for, and requests no travel or accommodation.

What is included

On stage

  • A 20-minute fireside chat on AI for Gonka's founders, a slot of Gonka's own on the published agenda. Gonka names the speakers and the angle, HSC provides the moderator and agrees the questions in advance
  • Full recording and photographs, handed over as files Gonka owns and can publish

In the room

  • Five or more pre-arranged B2B meetings with family offices, asset managers and institutions, scheduled before the event. Gonka supplies the target profile
  • A private dinner seat, closed room
  • Placement on the A-list of speakers and VIP guests

On the brand

  • Logo on the digital intermission slides between sessions
  • Brand presence across conference banners at the venue
  • Premium placement on the event website and registration page, from confirmation to event day

After

  • Post-event BD support on the contacts not reached on the day
  • Access to the event's contact list on an opt-in basis, and introductions from HSC's partner network

How the price compares

The community has already priced single-event presence twice this quarter.

Who is proposing

HSC Asset Management runs the event itself. The stage, the agenda, the private dinner and the network are its own, so this is not resold access. The event page lists 20 previous editions, from 2024 to September 2026.

Payment and administration

  • Funds move only if the on-chain vote passes, directly from the Community Pool to the recipient address above
  • The amount is fixed at 15,000 USDT. There is no conversion, no GNK leg and no exchange-rate exposure for the community
  • HSC confirms the slot and puts the brand assets live within two days of the vote passing

Use of funds and limits

  • The 15,000 USDT pays for the package listed under "What is included" and nothing else
  • This proposal covers one event, HSC Asset Management Singapore on 8 October 2026
  • It does not approve any future HSC event, renewal or additional payment. Any further engagement needs its own proposal
